Au Pair Programme Options & Fees

We offer two types of Au Pair Programmes:

1. Free Programme

• No fees for you
• You apply to specific host families listed on our jobs page
• We support and guide you through the process
• Matching depends on the families currently available
• Fewer placement options compared to the paid programme

2. Paid Programme

Fee: 150 € (Application Fee) + 250 € (Placement Fee)
Total: 400 €

This option gives you full support and help finding a host family that matches your needs.

What You Get with the 150€ Application Fee:

• Personal consultation about your goals and destination
• Help to perfect your au pair application to attract host families
• Au Pair Handbook (duties, daily life, cultural advice)
• Tips for a successful host family interview
• Recommendations for childcare courses and language learning
• Support from our team throughout the application process

What You Get After Paying the 250 € Placement Fee:

(Paid only after a host family is confirmed and the agreement is signed)

• Host family carefully matched to your preferences in cooperation with our international partner agency
• Au Pair Agreement (with working hours, pocket money, duties, time off, etc.)
• Pre-departure support and travel checklist
• Ongoing support during your stay
• Help if there are any problems with the host family
• Access to Au Pair communities abroad
• Completion certificate at the end of your stay
