To begin the recruitment process, we charge a non-refundable search activation fee of €800.
This allows us to begin sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates for your role.
Depending on the scope and complexity of the role, placements fall into one of the following categories.
The applicable placement category is confirmed before the recruitment process begins.
Suitable for standard nanny and nanny-housekeeper roles within a single household.
Placement fee:
11% of the agreed gross annual compensation
Minimum fee €3,500
Includes a 30-day replacement guarantee
Designed for roles involving increased complexity, such as:
Placement fee:
14% of the agreed gross annual compensation
Minimum fee €4,500
Includes an extended 60-day replacement guarantee
Temporary placements are roles lasting up to three months.
They are often used when families require immediate childcare support while completing a permanent recruitment process.
Temporary placement fees:
Total agency fee €2,000
If the role continues beyond three months, the permanent placement fee applies. The temporary placement fee is credited toward the permanent fee.
